The app is a digital taximeter intended exclusively for drivers/taxi drivers. Passengers do not use the app and do not have their own version.

Only drivers/taxi drivers with a registered company or trade in Croatia can use the app. Access is only possible with a valid company OIB. Passengers do not have access and can only connect via the web interface by scanning the QR code on the taxi.
Usage is charged via a monthly subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store using In-App Purchase. Payment via invoice is also available by contacting info@cabx-taxi.eu.
The QR code option allows drivers to place a personalized QR code on their taxi. Passengers can enter a destination, see an estimated price, and request a ride without installing the app.
Prices are indicative and generated via Google Maps. The final price may vary depending on real driving conditions.
No. Passengers can only connect to the driver via the web interface available through the QR code on the taxi.
Drivers must have a valid FINA certificate sent to info@cabx-taxi.eu. The certificate is securely stored and used only for fiscalization.
Subscriptions bought via the app store can be canceled anytime. If paid via invoice, access ends after the paid period expires.
Refunds are only possible within 14 days if no rides were completed. Once usage begins, refunds are no longer available.
Your data and certificate are stored according to GDPR and used only for fiscalization.
