Terms of use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Cabx mobile application (hereinafter: "Application") intended exclusively for professional drivers/taxi drivers for the purpose of digital ride calculation. By using the Application, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Application.

1. Purpose of the application

  • The application serves as a digital taximeter.
  • It is intended exclusively for drivers/taxi drivers, not end users (passengers).
  • Optionally, it enables the creation of a driver QR code through which passengers can check the approximate price of the ride and, if they wish, request a ride through the web interface.

2. Registration and user account

  • To use the Application, you need to create a user account.
  • The user is obliged to enter accurate data and keep it up to date.
  • Account data is stored and processed in accordance with GDPR (see Privacy Policy).

3. Subscription and payments

  • Use of the Application is charged through a monthly subscription.
  • The subscription is purchased within the application through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) using the In-App Purchase option.
  • Billing and subscription cancellation management is performed exclusively through the user account on the Apple or Google platform.
  • The additional option of creating a QR code is charged once.
  • Paid amounts are non-refundable, except when required by law.

4. Invoice fiscalization

  • To issue and fiscalize invoices through the Application, users must have a valid FINA certificate.
  • The certificate must be delivered via email to: info@cabx-taxi.eu
  • The certificate is used exclusively for fiscalization and is stored securely.
  • The user is responsible for the validity and timely renewal of the certificate.
  • Without a delivered and valid certificate, invoice fiscalization through the Application is not possible.

5. User responsibilities

  • The user is responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations related to taxi operations and invoice issuance.
  • The Application Provider is not responsible for:
    - the accuracy of prices displayed via QR code (they are informative),
    - the legality of providing ride services by the user,
    - consequences due to invalid or incorrect certificate for fiscalization.

6. Intellectual property

  • All rights to the Application and content belong to the Service Provider.
  • The user is granted a limited license to use the Application in accordance with these Terms.

7. Termination of use

  • The user can stop using the Application at any time and request deletion of their data.
  • The Provider may suspend or terminate the account of a user who violates the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to change the Terms.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes through the Application or by email.
